106 years of women showing up, taking action and building a stronger Israel. 🇮🇱

From one generation to the next, some things never go out of style.

And kinda chic, if you ask us. ✨

Happy Women’s Day! 💜🌸

Today we celebrate the incredible strength, courage, resilience and compassion of women everywhere.

May we continue to lift one another up, create opportunities for the next generation, and stand together with kindness, purpose and determination.

Through WIZO, we see every day the extraordinary difference women can make - in their families, communities and the world around them.

Here’s to strong women, to the women who inspire us, and to all the women who continue to make a difference, one act of kindness at a time.
Together, we are stronger. Together, we can make a difference. 💜

Happy Women’s Day! 🌷

Tisha B’Av is the most solemn day in the Jewish calendar.

On this day, we remember the destruction of the First and Second Temples in Jerusalem, along with the tragedies that shaped generations of Jewish history.

For nearly two thousand years, even in exile, the Jewish people never let Jerusalem become just a memory. They carried it in their prayers, their traditions and their hope.

Today, Tisha B’Av reminds us not only of what was lost, but of the resilience that carried the Jewish people through centuries of hardship.

We mourn what was destroyed.
And we remember what could not be erased.

May the day come when mourning gives way to peace.

"What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others." – Nelson Mandela

In the spirit of Mandela Day, our incredible WIZO volunteers came together to make sandwiches for the children and families supported by Mamma Mickey's Soup Kitchen and Crèche.

It was a simple act of kindness, but one that reminds us how powerful it is when a community comes together to care for others.

A huge thank you to everyone who gave their time, donated ingredients, food, blankets and clothing. Together, we shared not only food, but kindness, compassion and hope.

Every sandwich was made with love. 💙🍞

World Youth Skills Day celebrates the skills that prepare young people to shape our shared future.

Across WIZO schools and youth villages, students gain far more than practical knowledge. They learn to create, innovate, grow and lead—building the confidence, resilience and responsibility to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

They are Gen Zionists: a generation equipped to shape their own future while helping build a stronger, more innovative and more resilient Israel.

Happy World Youth Skills Day!
