70-80% of the hard work is done in the background, where no sees the the blood, sweet, tears and the struggles. 30-20% is what everyone sees at the end, shining and sparking like it took a wave of a wound to make everything run like clock work. I have being in the 70-80% and I am still there, hustling harder then before. Because I see the end goal but it is not only about seeing it but applying the right actions, everyday. Doing the small insignificant choices everyday that add up to big significant successful decisions at the end of the day.
I started my first company, I believe in my A-team, the success of our future is in the decisions we make today. The hustle is not over.. We just getting started

Are you not tired of being poor, in the mind and body? I find it hard to sleep tonight, thinking of how the system we are in, day to day has cheated us from reaching our full intercultural capacity. We are like pet hamsters in a cage, doing what we are told, running on the wheel but not moving in any direction, up or down, left or right. Just being stagnant.

Are you not tired of going through the same struggles everyday? Thinking things will never change? You are not alone. THE ROAD TO SUCCESS IS NEVER STRAIGHT. I am here to tell you, you will fail more than you will win in the beginning, but once you master your craft you will continue winning. The same way how my daughter first learnt how to sit up on her own, then learn to push herself up, learn to crawl and then walk. That is how struggles 101 works. I gain my strength and drive from my 9month old daughter. She has not quit yet , so why should I ? She tries to improve herself everyday even if she fell the previous day. So that's where I am at in my life now. Learning from her to be a better father, Husband and friend , to reach my full potential and succeed in everything I put my mind to.
