"Remember that your natural state is joy."
~ Wayne Dyer

Daily meditation prompt to allow yourself time to pause, reflect and restore:

~ Sit on the floor supported by a 1-2 cushions or in a chair if more suitable
~ Set a timer (start with 5 mins and increase gradually as you progress)
~ Place your hands on your knees palms facing up
~ Close your eyes and soften yourself into comfort
~ Focus on your breath
~ Allow any thoughts to appear as they appear (welcome them and then let them float away like clouds passing)
~ Don't try so hard
~ Relax
~ There is no right or wrong way to meditate
~ Don't get discouraged, meditation takes practice
~ When you are ready, before you open your eyes, rub your hands together to create warmth, then cover your eyes with the palms of your hands, slowly open your eyes before moving your hands away gently (this allows your eyes to adjust gradually to the light)

Choose JOY!

A L O H A
Aloha means farewell to thee
Aloha means Good-Bye;
It means until we meet again
Beneath a tropic sky
Aloha means Good Morning,
And always to be true
But the best thing that Aloha means,
Is I love you.

Take what you need . . .

There should be a “to-be” list, not a “to-do” list. . .

Our beloved Karuna - the delightful daughter of Manose and Maya.
When Manose sent us this sweet photo I was immediately reminded of a message that we received from the beyond from Shyamdas channelled by our dear friend Lisa Najjar I just had to pass it on to you. Hopefully, it will bring even more joy and playfulness into your day.

“The minute you cross over to our other home you realise how silly it was getting serious about things. There is really just nothing to be serious about.
There should be a “to-be” list, not a “to-do” list
We would get more “work” done if we just smiled and laughed and played and stayed completely in the moment and did what we really really want to do in the moment. Then we would be in the right vibration and from that right vibration everything starts to flow.
So really go do what you love today
Just play in life. It’s one of the most important things and very few people will know it or accept it. The only ones that do - of course -are children. Because they don’t, so-called, “know better”! Isn’t that silly?
But the children do know. They know so much more than we do.
Be as little children - watch children!
Do what we are actually here for: that’s to dance and sing and play!”

And some more words of wisdom from Osho:

“Never misunderstand seriousness for sincerity. Sincerity is very playful, never serious. It is true, authentic, but never serious.
Sincerity does not have a long face. It is bubbling with joy, radiating with an inner joyousness. And to me, seriousness is a sickness, and a sense of humour makes you more human, more humble. A sense of humour is one of the most essential parts of religiousness.”
