So true.

A big misconception about coaching is that you need to work with someone who has been in your industry or climbed the same ladder you're on. 🪜

We're here to tell you, that's not the case.

The best coach for you will ask the questions that make you go, "I've never thought of it that way." They help you connect dots you didn't even know existed.

Sometimes the most powerful perspective comes from someone who's NOT stuck in your industry's "that's just how we do things" mindset.

Remember that a coach's job isn't to have all the answers. It's to help you find them. And that's a skill that transcends industries. 💫
