Quality Solutions is a Training Provider who specialises in training and consulting for Contact Centres. The company was established in July 2001 with a special interest in job creation. The focus of our business is on training youth who would not have been given an opportunity to work in a contact centre due to non-experience or lack of skills. This has been far more attainable by the implementation of government funded learnerships such as The Monyetla Work Readiness Project, which we have been actively involved in since it’s conception. We have full accreditation with the Services Seta and we are Provisionally Registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training as an FET College. Services Seta Accreditation No. 0034, registered with the DHET and registration No. 2009/FE07/07. Our accreditation number is: Decision number: 034/30/11/04. Our company registration number is: 2006/011640/07.
