What a wonderful Term 3 it has been! ๐ŸŒธ

A big thank you to Shift Netball Academy for all the time, patience and encouragement you put into our girls. Watching them learn new skills, grow in confidence and simply enjoy being active has been such a joy. ๐Ÿฅฐ

Thank you for celebrating their hard work with a special Term 3 gift, too! ๐ŸŽ We truly appreciate the effort you put into making each session something the girls can look forward to.

On Friday, 18 September, some of our staff stood together in silence, in solidarity with those affected by gender-based violence and femicide. ๐Ÿ–ค ๐Ÿ’œ

We stood because enough is enough!

Because every woman deserves to
feel safe,
respected and
heard.

Our silence was our way of saying we see you, we stand with you, and we will not stay silent.

As the sun goes down
and the world becomes quiet,
a little family of owls comes to lifeโ€ฆ โœจ

Toddler Class 1 explored the ๐‘ซ๐’‚๐’š ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐‘ต๐’Š๐’ˆ๐’‰๐’• theme by creating these adorable little owls! ๐Ÿฆ‰ ๐ŸคŽ

Using bubble wrap painting, little hands created the beautiful textured feathers before adding colourful wings, big curious eyes and tiny orange beaks. ๐ŸŽจ

And the best part?

Their wings can move! ๐Ÿชฝ

Now these little owls are ready to flap their wings and watch over the classroom as the evening sky settles in. ๐ŸŒ™

๐ŸŽจ Little hands. Big imaginations. Lots of learning!

A little peek into Baby Class 2 โ€” where every day brings something new to explore!

From squishing and creating with clay, โœ‹๐Ÿผ to getting creative with chalk on the blackboard, ๐Ÿ–๏ธ and exploring books together, ๐Ÿ“– our little ones are learning through simple, meaningful activities.

๐ŸŒฑ And even โ€œreadingโ€ the pictures is learning!
By looking at the pictures, turning the pages and following what they see, children are building vocabulary, observation skills, imagination and early literacy skills โ€” long before they can read the words themselves.

Every little activity has a purpose, helping our children play, explore, create and grow. ๐Ÿ’›

Baby Class 1 was taking some very important calls! ๐Ÿ“ž๐Ÿ“ฑ

โ€‹Our little ones spent time exploring technology!
We brought out old landlines that don't work anymore alongside dummy smartphonesโ€”no actual screen time or working cords, just pure, safe, imaginative play. ๐Ÿค—

โ€‹From holding up the receivers for a proper chat to tapping away on screens just like mom and dad, ๐Ÿ˜‰
their eagerness to explore was amazing to see.

Watching them figure out how we used to talk and how we still stay connected today was definitely the highlight of our day!

๐ŸŒฝ A little messy, a lot of fun!

Our Baby Class 1 had so much fun exploring this sensory activity!

Little hands got busy scooping, touching and discovering as they enjoyed a fun-filled morning of learning through play. ๐Ÿค

Itโ€™s amazing how the simplest activities can create such happy little moments! ๐Ÿฅฐ
