JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR A QUALIFIED/EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL FOREMAN
Our client in the Electrical Construction Industry, based in Brackenfell, Cape Town, is looking for experienced Electrical Foreman.
Key Performance Areas:
*Site Management*
Ensure the site is in working order
Management of all project plans
Liaise with contracts manager, sub-contractors and main-contractor
Ensure timeous tool and material availability
Complete snagging and de-snagging
*Team Management*
Ensure employee productivity
Maintain employee discipline
Manage employee timekeeping
Motivation of team members
*Health and Safety Assurance*
Ensure all staff comply with SHE regulations and specification
Ensure health and safety file is up to date
Attend and report to site-related instances as per SOP.
*Quality Assurance*
Maintain the highest quality on all jobs.
*Administrative duties*
All administrative functions related to the site management.
*Qualification and Experience:*
8 years of work experience of which 3 years as a Electrical Foreman.
Electrical Trade Test Certificate
Wireman's license advantageous
*Job Type:* Full-time
