Hi all following my yoga page 🙏 i have been busy completing my yoga hours which are now done and I am endorsed by the yoga alliance of South Africa 🇿🇦 yaaaa!
Due to afternoon commitments and weekend sport for my son I am only able to offer yoga week day mornings 🥰 should you be interested in a trial session @ your home school / cottage school or pre school please get in touch ⭐️ I would love to make this accessible to all so am happy to charge a “pay as you yoga” fee 🌸💝 no monthly charge as I understand how hard it is to pay for so many extra murals for our children 💝

Why do all activities have to be loud and boisterous and full of badges and T-shirt’s being handed out ?
Yoga is a non competitive activity with no right or wrong - just personal space to be 💚
Students are Learning How to Handle Stress with Mindfulness and the Future is Looking Bright A growing number of schools are flipping the script on traditional detention and sending kids to meditate instead. The practice is famously carried out at Robert W. Coleman Elementary School in Baltimore where misbehaving children are taught breathing and centering exercises by faculty.
