🍽️✨ A fantastic showcase of culinary talent from our Higher Certificate Culinary Skills students!

As part of their MEP 2: Culinary Skills and Techniques assessment, students planned, prepared, and presented a two-course meal consisting of a soup starter and a main course featuring a protein, vegetable, starch, and sauce. Throughout the assessment, they demonstrated a variety of culinary methods, techniques, and professional kitchen skills learned during the semester.

To make the experience even more meaningful, each student invited a personal guest, along with a staff member, to enjoy their dishes and provide valuable feedback on their performance and presentation.

Well done to all our aspiring chefs for their hard work, creativity, and dedication. The future of hospitality is looking bright! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳🌟
