Pikkiepark Educare / Aftercare

Established more than 30 years ago we boast with an unblemished reputation of superior childcare. Our educare caters for children aged 20 months to 6 years (open 06h30 to 17h50) while our aftercare caters for children in GRADE R to GRADE 7 (12h30 to 17h50). At least half of our staff members have been in our employ for more than 10 years with some having been with us more than 30 years. We provide daily cooked meals and a structured routine. Our classrooms are all well-equipped and clean. Transport is available for aftercare children attending local primary schools. Extra mural activities available include: Play-ball, Click-a-Mouse computers, Ballet, Modern dancing, and Gymnastics classes

Due to our growth the positions of a Teacher and an Assistant has become available at our school.

a) Preferably someone who lives in the surrounding areas of Panorama / Edgemead
b) The suitable candidate will have prior ECD experience and the necessary qualifications.
c) Must have a real passion to work with babies.
d) Must have or be prepared to obtain a police clearance certificate
e) Must be of good health and a great team player
f) Must be a very creative and lively person as well as very kind and nurturing who is reliable with good work ethics
g) Must be fluent in both the English and Afrikaans languages.
h) Must have access reliable transport
