Isnet

Isnet The Islamic Network conducts programs of outreach, education and economic upliftment within Cape Town, South Africa. Doing good is what we are about.

We take our inspiration from Shaykh Imran H Hosein, Shaykh Ali Mustafa Seinpaal and Imam Afroz Ali as well as other learned people. Our executive structure is organised under an Amir (executor of decisions) and council of shura (consultation) and we work for the implementation of Islamic Solutions like Freemarkets, Silver Coins (Dirhams) for transactions, Organic Farming, Energy efficiency. Our activism extends from sound micro-economics to education on the dangers of Ribah(Interest) as well as a call to beneficial action as a necessary outcome of the spiritual and moral quest. We serve both Muslims and non muslims in our outreach programs.
