This is a reference letter stating that Carla Wilson has been a huge part of our lives since 2010. She has not only made an impact on my son, Fabio, but has made a mark in our lives as a dear friend and someone who shows such care in everything she does and says in words.

From the first day that Fabio met her, aged 3, he absolutely fell in love with her and immediately showed me that he was comfortable and felt safe in her presence. As she was walking to her car, saying goodbye, he excitedly followed her and insisted that he wanted to go with her. This made my heart very warm, knowing that my son was completely safe and loved by Carla.
Since that day, she has always been a part of our lives and today, Fabio aged 7, continues to feel excited when he knows that she is coming home to take care of him.
They have a beautiful connection and this is due to the fact that Carla is a natural with children and has such a deep respect not only for their needs and wants, but also for the manner in which the parents ask for their children to be taken care of during their absence. She loves routine and yet can deviate where necessary for the sake of the child and this can be proved in our home. She has taken care of Fabio during times where he is 100% healthy as well as during times when he has felt a bit under the weather, showing extra care and love for him.
Examples of her bond with him are seen when she talks to him, asking him how his day was, playing games with him, watching animated movies with him, bathing him, feeding him supper, reading stories to him, praying with him and sharing cuddles during bedtime before waiting for him to fall asleep at her side.
She is always readily available and keen which makes her presence even more comforting knowing that our son has to be left behind on certain occasions.
She has au paired Fabio temporarily for short periods of time, taking him and fetching him from school with great ease during critical times in our lives when I had no one to count on.
She has a love for children being an entertainer for my son’s birthday party too and all the kids loved her.

Overall, Carla is a warm, fun loving lady who I would highly recommend to anyone needing their child or children to be taken care of, in any circumstance.
She is a wonderful babysitter and au pair and a very beautiful person with a great personality.
Please do not hesitate in calling my husband or I or even Fabio for a verbal reference. We are all more than happy to put your mind at ease that your child is 100% safe and taken care of, with Carla.
