This past week at Iron Grip, we had the pleasure of awarding na few new belts and deserved stripes to:

* Liebe - Yellow-white belt
* Grayson - Solid grey belt
* Rudo - Grey-white belt
* Xavier - Grey-white belt

Congratulations to all our students who earned their stripes, too! 💪

It’s a privilege to watch these kids improve and then recognise the work they’ve put in. Proud of you all. Keep showing up and putting in the effort.

Watching your child try something new can take courage from you, too.

Liah’s dad remembers feeling anxious watching her step onto the mats. Then he began noticing her progress—and leadership that showed up at school, too.

Along the way, he learnt to step back and let her grow.

A huge congratulations to Liah on her recent promotion to Grey Belt!

Liah has become such an important part of our Little Ninjas class. She listens, works hard, treats her training partners with respect, and consistently gives her best in everything we ask of her. She’s also become one of those students we can confidently pair with newer Little Ninjas because we know she’ll lead them in the right direction simply through the example she sets.

Her coach described her as “an absolute role model in our class”, and that probably sums her up best.

This Grey Belt is very well deserved, Liah. We’re incredibly proud of the young martial artist you’re becoming.

And congratulations to Shaun and Danielle too. There’s always a family behind a six-year-old who shows up this consistently. 💪
