Teaching an intro to IFS at the beautiful Amani House in Hout Bay. A smart and intuitive group of healers, seekers and creators - and of course we had cat energy with Oliver the orange cat demonstrating that Exiles might be shut out but their voice simply gets bigger and more persistent. He beautifully demonstrated how we can have two parts at work at any door: a part that wants to go outside and a part that doesn’t. Deep gratitude to .sharon.hardy .te.ferguson for the collaboration, encouragement and the care in preparing the space. Here’s to many more co-creations and co-learning. 💫💖🙏

A swallow and sword. Embodiment of presence, truth, focus, clarity, endurance, quiet strength - and the deep inner knowing to find your way “home” no matter how far you travel.

Thank you for your inspiring and intuitive work. I love the collaborative creative process and how we can stay open and fluid to what wants to emerge! 💫❤️‍🔥
