Teaching an intro to IFS at the beautiful Amani House in Hout Bay. A smart and intuitive group of healers, seekers and creators - and of course we had cat energy with Oliver the orange cat demonstrating that Exiles might be shut out but their voice simply gets bigger and more persistent. He beautifully demonstrated how we can have two parts at work at any door: a part that wants to go outside and a part that doesn’t.
