🏏 Day 3 & 4 – What a Finish!

Day 3 of 4 once again focused on the importance of getting the basics right across all aspects of the game — batting, bowling, fielding and teamwork. Most importantly, we made sure the fun factor remained at the heart of every session! 🙌

Day 4 brought the camp to an exciting close with a fun-filled Super Skills session, followed by competitive matches where the players could put everything they had learnt into action. 🏆🏏

A fantastic few days of learning, teamwork, development and plenty of fun!

CSE CLINIC | DAY 2

Another big day at the CSE Clinic as the boys continued to develop their skills across all areas of the game!

Spin Clinic

Our spinners worked with Justin Behrens & Guy Sheena, focusing on spin-specific skills, variations and learning how to create pressure on the batter.

Seamers

Our seam bowlers focused on alignment, run-ups and repeatable movements to build consistency and improve their bowling actions.

Fielding

The boys were put through a tough fielding session in the Cape Town heat ☀️ — working hard on intensity, movement and the fundamentals needed to become better all-round cricketers.

Older Boys – Spin Survival Game

A competitive spin survival game challenged the older players to adapt, make good decisions and learn how to play spin effectively under pressure.

Soft Ball Group

Our younger players worked on the basic fundamentals of the game, combined with plenty of fun outfield games to develop movement, catching and throwing skills.

Hard work. Competition. Learning. And plenty of fun. 💪🏏

Day 2 done — and the boys are only getting started! 🔥

Putting the work in!

A great session with Adam Rogers - UCT 1st XI batsman, focusing on developing strong fundamentals, building consistency and putting quality reps into his game.

Progress comes from getting the basics right, working with purpose and continually challenging yourself to improve.

Train with purpose. Develop your game.
