The pad drive is back 🕺🏽.
Participate this year by dropping a pad or a packet of pads in the boxes at the NEB reception and Centlivres(Architecture) reception and at the EBESC Undergrad office(Menzies 3rd floor, only at meridian)​.

To make monetary 💰 donations you can email the ebesc outreach. These will be used to buy the pads in bulk.

Tag along On the 8th of August 2019 at 17:30 as we are host the EBE'S GOT TALENT FUNDRAISER. This fundraiser is for the student in distress fund. You can donate R20 or more to get a ticket. All proceeds go to the distress fund.

The SRC together with faculty councils will be running a helpdesk to assist students with DPR Appeals and Deferred Examinations Applications. The helpdesk will run from today Monday 20 May to Wednesday 23 May from 9am – 3pm. Please make use of it to make sure that you appeal and increase your chances of writing the final exam. Tomorrow is the your last chance !

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Mental Health talk with Engineers Without Borders UCT! The faculty psychologist, Nazeema Ahmed, will be facilitating the talk. It'll run on Wednesday the 26th of April (next week) at Meridian (13h00) in Snape 2B. We hope to see you there! 😁

You are kindly invited to participate in the development of the annual EBE magazine- kindly submit your articles for revision by June 12th 2019

The following are the various categories we’ll have:

Lifestyle and Nutrition
Education
EBE out of the classroom (Visual art, poetry, fashion etc)
First year experience
Self care and health

These are just some of examples of the topics you can write about. There is a sea of creativity within EBE and this would be a great time to explore it as members of the faculty. The only rules that apply are that the articles should be relevant and non-vulgar. Please do not feel limited , remember that the magazine is YOURS. Kindly submit those articles and requests to [email protected] before the 12th of June 2019
