The Cape Town Reiki School

A beautiful Usui Reiki 1 Course (Apprentice) held over 2 days to understand & develop ones own energy before moving to reiki 2 practitioner course to work on others. 🙌🏼💫

Traditional Japanese Spirtual techniques of learning to ground, cleanse, breath properly and centre the self is the core of Reiki 1 before learning how to channel univeral energy (ki). 💚

A beautiful Reiki 1 weekend hosted by this beautiful forest & the protection of being under a mature oak tree who graciously kept us all grounded. ☺️ A lovely and intimate private group of two who have such natural abilities already! 🙌🏼💫 Reiki 1 is all about the techniques & discipline to self heal before moving on to Reiki 2 where one learns how to help others.

Although not photographed, so much wildlife came close to sit within the energy circle, squirrels, bunnies and an array of beautiful chirping birds & green parrots. 🦜🐿🐰.

Another beautiful group all of whom have recently awakened after being left brained for most of their lives & felt guided towards learning the art of healing… exploring more about what the Universe has to offer if one opens their mind further! 🙌🏼💫🤗

Reiki 1 (Apprentice) Course, Dec 2021. 🌀⭐️

It was so good to finally be able to gather post lock-down! Another bunch of beautiful souls, great discussions & of course high vibrational energy! 🙌🏼💫💚🌸

A Reiki 2 (practitioner) Course from Dec 2021… one of our students is clinically blind so ways were found to help her learn the Reiki Symbols using play-do! 😃🌀

Also lots of animal healing (ahem - playing 🐾🙃😉) was incorporated into this course! 🙌🏼💫⭐️🌸

Many of these students studied Reiki 1 as a home study course during the Pandemic with Distant attunements! 💚⭐️

These stretches would benefit any therapist who stands for long periods of time over therapy beds!

One also needs core strength in energy work to keep the spine/ posture straight to allow the flow of energy to filter through your channels correctly! 🙌🏼✨

Recent Reiki 1 students who had an amazing connection with each other. 💚 The energy, heart space & bond was strong here and such a supportive and uplifting weekend! 🙌🏼✨☺️

We had one lovely soul join from the UK on-line & was very much included in the circle & was given her 4 x attunements distantly at the same time as the others had theirs on-site in 4 x ceremonies. She felt the energy come through the same as the others and was able to contribute to the discussions after each. 🥰

Reiki 1 is the journey of self healing building the foundation before some move on to learn how to be professional healers. It should not be rushed and some months will pass with daily practice, discipline & home self-work before they may embark on Reiki 2.

All these students had profound visions, feelings & self understanding (some connected strongly to their spiritual guides) over the course of the weekend.

We did some very deep meditation practice as well as learning the tools of how to channel healing for loved ones, pets & plants as well as themselves! 💫⭐️

What a blessing to have them all in the group! 🙏🏼🌸🌟

It was a rainy weekend so we kept warm inside but still learnt how to connect to nature, the elements from indoors. 💚

Learning how to get into a meditative state is an integral part of the course as is grounding, protecting auric space & sitting in ones power. Also trusting ones intuition. 💎🔆

All students recieved their 4 attunements which opens up the crown chakra in stages to recieve the high frequency energy to activate the heart space & palm chakras to allow the flow of univeral energy to flow at a higher capacity! 🌀♾
