To cleanse you from what ails your body, Release you from the fear, bondages and trauma
Guide you through the process of healing yourself
Remember that you had the courage, strength, power and support all along, just remember that. .

Water is life
Water remembers you and has memory

Water speaks
Sing to your Water
Pray upon your Water

Water flows
Dance for your Water

Water is healing
Let it heal you

Water is transformative
Ask the Water to help the change within and without you

Water is protection
Create your Water Shield

Water is you
You are the Water

Give thanks to Mother Earth for her Water Blood
Be in gratitude for your Water Blood
Honor Gaia and she will do the same for you
