What a privilege it was to walk this Switch on to Life Method™ journey with this beautiful Grow Group.
Together, we explored identity, emotions, thought patterns, boundaries, connection, purpose, and resilience - all with the intention of becoming more aware, more grounded, and more intentional in how we live and relate.
I am so proud of each person who invested in this process. Growth asks courage. It asks honesty. It asks us to look inward so we can live outward with more clarity and strength.
May we always remember that we are all on a journey. Everyone has a story, and everyone is trying to live the best version of that story.

I was deeply honoured to be part of Mom O’Clock with Kin Culture this weekend. Thank you , Martus Greyvenstein and Carryn Titus for inviting me.
Sitting with these foster moms reminded me again that strength is not always loud. Sometimes it looks like showing up while carrying grief, uncertainty, illness, financial pressure, parenting demands, and still choosing love.
These women are doing deeply important work, often quietly and sacrificially. Creating a space where they could pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves was such a privilege.
Thank you, Kin Culture, for the beautiful and necessary work you do to support foster families and keep their hands raised when the road feels heavy.
May we all become more aware of the people around us who are carrying more than we know, and may we become part of the support that helps them keep going.
