Every class begins with pliés. 🩰
Simple in appearance, yet one of the most important exercises in ballet. Pliés warm the body, strengthen the legs and feet, improve turnout, and lay the foundation for every jump, turn, and movement that follows.

Each dancer had the opportunity to choreograph and teach their own short dance to the rest of the class, helping everyone build confidence while reinforcing their ballet vocabulary and terminology.
