🚀 WE DID IT! What an unforgettable day! 💙

On Saturday 19 September 2026, I had the privilege of meeting incredible women who reminded me that childcare is not “just a job” — it is a profession with purpose, impact and limitless opportunity.

To be honest, I sometimes wondered if I was dreaming too big… if I was expecting too much from our industry. But after meeting these amazing women, I realised something powerful:

I wasn’t dreaming too big. I was simply surrounded by people who were ready to grow.

I met future leaders.
I met women hungry to learn.
I met women who genuinely want to become the very best nannies, night nannies, housekeepers and childcare professionals in Africa.

This is exactly why NextGen Care exists.

You will be caring for a 2-month-old baby and assisting with a 5-year-old child, ensuring their daily routines, care, safety, and development are well managed. This role also includes housekeeping to support the children’s needs while working alongside the family as a trusted member of the home.

Requirements:
✔️ Female, preferably 27–35 years old
✔️ Valid driver’s licence and confident driver

This is an excellent opportunity for a mature, energetic and professional nanny who enjoys working with young children and thrives in a structured family environment.

Position Requirements

• Female, ideally 24–30 years old (applications up to 35 years will be considered if you are active, fit and young at heart)
• Previous professional nanny experience with toddlers
• Confident with both childcare and light housekeeping related to the children
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Valid First Aid/CPR certificate is an advantage
• Positive attitude, reliable, honest and well-presented
• Able to work respectfully with other household staff and follow instructions from the lead supervisor
• Team player with excellent work ethics and attention to detail

Main Responsibilities
