The striped polecat (Ictonyx striatus) 𦨠is a small carnivorous mammal endemic to sub-Saharan Africa. The distinctive black and white stripes and bushy tail serve as a warning to predators, similar to a skunk. A strong, musky-smelling fluid can be released from its a**l glands as a defense mechanism. They are primarily solitary, nocturnal animals that mainly prey on rodents, insects, snakes, and other small animals. Snake Relocation - Cape Town

Safely relocated this stunning, decent sized Olive snake from Constantia, Cape Town, they are totally harmless and very good to have around for the mice and rat population. That said, this one had a huge rat that it unfortunately regurgitated, I'll post a video of this soon.
