Our Grade 3s have been learning about different types of written texts, and this week, theyβve been exploring recipes! ππ©βπ³
To bring their learning to life, the Grade 3 teachers created a little magical adventure for the class. After a potion made from ingredients suggested by our students was accidentally enjoyed by a thirsty Mr Wiggs, he transformed into none other thanβ¦ Wicked Wiggs! π§ββοΈπ
The mission was on! Our Grade 3s then created a special good potion to turn Mr Wiggs back to his usual self - just in time for his morning meetings! πβ¨

A SPECIAL WOMENβS DAY SURPRISE πΈ
Last Friday, our High School male students went above and beyond to make the ladies of our school feel truly special. ππ
From setting up a beautiful surprise lunch to celebrating the incredible girls and women in our Rallim community, it was a thoughtful gesture filled with kindness, appreciation and plenty of smiles. π₯°
But the celebration doesnβt stop there! π This Womenβs Month, weβre continuing the spirit of giving with a special handbag collection.
We are collecting handbags filled with treats for the month, which will be donated to The Sarah Baartman Centre for abused women, helping us extend kindness and support beyond our school community. ππ·
A beautiful reminder that small acts of kindness can make a big impact π

Thank you to our Head of Prep School, Mr Wigget, English Edumentor, Ms Gounden, and Head of Rugby & Tennis, Mr Govender for facilitating the training and for investing in the growth of our future leaders.π«π

We are incredibly proud of our Grade 7 learners, Callum Martin and Callan Newman, whose compassion and initiative have made a meaningful difference this Mandela Month.
As part of Callumβs leadership portfolio, the boys organised a raffle and raised an incredible R2 000 for the Kogelberg Biosphere Wildlife Rescue Centreβa cause close to their hearts and dedicated to caring for injured, orphaned and vulnerable wildlife. Well done, Callum and Callan. Thank you for living out the values of service, generosity and responsibility. You have made the entire Rallim community proud. π
