August Recruitment Isn't Over Yet...
If you've noticed that we're still posting new vacancies, there's a reason for that.
Even though August is approaching, our client schools are still sending us new teaching positions every week.
International school recruitment doesn't stop after the first round of hiring. Schools continue to receive resignations, adjust staffing requirements, replace teachers who withdraw, and sometimes add additional positions based on enrolment numbers.
What this means for teachers:
✔ New opportunities are still becoming available
✔ Schools are still interviewing
✔ Schools are still making offers
✔ Strong candidates are still being placed for August starts
Over the past few weeks, we've received new vacancies across the Middle East for KG, Primary and High School teachers.
That said, if you're considering an August move, don't leave it too late. While schools are still recruiting, it's important to make sure you can still meet the resignation requirements at your current school should you receive an offer.
The August recruitment season is still very much active - but the window won't stay open forever.
