Further Update received today From Mr Neumann Snr

Good evening All
(22 Feb 2021)

The hearing was inexplicably delayed by almost two hours this morning... it later emerged that the WCED legal team was busy filing papers wrt the mason witness and the presiding officer was "applying her mind " to the recusal request.

We already now know that she ruled against recusal. Wesley was then placed back on the stand and was grilled until 17h00.

It seem as if they are attempting to wear him down then force him into making incriminating statements... however our attorney afterwards indicated that he was happy with the proceedings and that they never got anything from their grilling ( maybe cause there is nothing).

There was a fight back from our side as we indicated that we intend taking the mason judgement and recusal judgement to the courts .. this led to fiery exchange but eventually the hearing was adjourned until 16 and 17march..this will give us the time to lodge to another court... however it will increase our cost because we would also need senior council.

By going to a higher court we would be allowed to have all this underhand tactics and dirty methods out in the public domain....which they did not want ...hench their ruling against public attending the hearing.

Further Update received last week From Mr Neumann Snr

Good Day all...
I would have loved to say good news and enjoy the weekend alas not to be.
Firstly the presiding officer rules that Mr Mason had to be removed from OUR WITNESS list... this is after he was included as a witness before the hearing begun. In fact he was a key witness as to the bolstering of charges against Wesley Neumann.
I am not too legally educated but I find it strange that they can dictate who our witnesses should be...can it be the presiding officer is not as neutral as we would love to believe ???.. they would have had the chance to cross examine this witness and totally destroy his evidence if they could...however they preferred to refuse him permission to testify. Of our 17 witnesses we hope to call they now have single out him to be removed .. and they have ruled to that effect.

We have indicated that we will go to the next court to force his testimony... ha ha do it if you can afford it.
We have now filed for the recusal of the presiding officer..ha ha that be conveyed to us on Monday.
They did come up with a solution...Wesley Neumann resigns from his post and walk away with his benefits ... or he pleads guilty and take a suspension of 3 months without pay.
Needless to say this was rejected with the contempt it deserves.

Their laughter at taking this case further..could stem from the fact that they know we don't have the financial backing.

We will fight to the bitter end. Brian Schreuder thinks that he will ...as his last office duty teach this snotgat hotnot a lesson. He wasn't in the struggle.. we will teach him a lesson as only true teachers can. AMANDLA
