Time for a Divas Creative Workshop update!!
Technique classes have been going for some time now and many have completed their first work book. The work book is a text book on how to use different products, techniques and to not leave products in your stash sitting idle. Or to see if you like a product and want to add it to your stash.
This is the class all have been waiting for - where a mixed media exercise puts products, techniques and what been learnt together. The front and back covers.
I've called this creation "Men in the Mist"

Learn all about the uses for Perfect Pearls and Nuvo Shimmer Powder, these products add that awesome shimmer and shine to a project. The photographs do not do the products justice, but trust me they are fabulous.
Sadly, it is said that the Perfect Pearls are no longer available. Any information on where to get stock would be great.

Ok, so it's ages since I've posted on this page. Hopefully in the future, father time permitting I will post details of my classes for the month. So, here goes......
May 2019:
Technique class: The Blue Lady.
In this mixed media class we will be re-doing some products and their versatile techniques, adding a few new ideas and one of my favorite paint techniques "Splats" (Thanks Ezme !)
The idea of these classes is to learn how to use those products in your stash OR to try a product out to see if it floats your boat, before you buy something you are not going to use. At the first class you get a note book to keep all the notes and examples. All classes have notes and after experimenting with the product and it's application a mini layout is done depicting the techniques as can be used on a layout, card, tag or off the page creation.

A.T.C. kit class - Steampunk: Four themed miniature art pieces 2.5" x 3.5" in size. With a blank kit for you to design in class to swap with another class member. You get to learn about the history of the Artist Trading Card. The cards can also be used as a tag on a layout, a tag, part of a greeting card. But the most exciting part of the idea is to collect and swap your mini art pieces.

Both of these classes will be taught at Simply Creative - Ronita Glanville's venue in Table View, this month.
The Blue Lady is being re-run at The Scrapbook -Karen Smit's venue in Plumstead on Sat. the 25th May.
