Today we have groups of parents come and observe the work our wonderful OT's from The Learning Initiative do. Parents get to learn some practical tasks to do at home to aid their children's learning and development. The children love having their parents here. Some are unusually well behaved and some are much chattier than usual. We love them in all their ways.

Today the ladies from Methodist Church SA: Fish Hoek Circuit No: 110 came and blessed us in service for Mandela Day. The lovely ladies came and took over our kitchen, cooked delicious, warm and nutritious soup for us at Rainbow and even fed the babies themselves. What a wonderful gift to have them there blessing us all, kids and staff alike. Thank you ladies for blessing us today ❤️

Unlike us here at Rainbow, our dedicted OT's go on end of term break. Today they came with treats to wrap up the term. We may not be closing shop but we will be running a much more informal holiday break programme for the next 2 weeks.
