Olive Tree Small School We are a small school for English speaking Gr 1- Gr 3 children. We follow the CAPS curriculum.

The children thoroughly enjoyed getting creative in our Lego STEM activity on Friday. Their challenge was to design a way to get their Lego people safely across the river to their friend on the other side. They had so much fun building, testing, problem-solving and finding creative solutions! A wonderful hands-on activity that encouraged teamwork, critical thinking and perseverance.

We've had a lovely week celebrating and practicing friendship and kindness at our small school. We baked red velvet biscuits, which were a big hit and enjoyed some abstract art and painting with watercolours. We finished off the week with a friendship picnic in the garden.
