Time to Think Foundation course
Recently I worked with a business team who were navigating a significant restructuring. Their roles and division face an uncertain future. This is such a common challenge these days.
This team had taken time out to learn - and apply - the practices of the Thinking Environment to enable them to generate a way of answering this question:
“How can we co-create focus and stability in the midst of uncertainty?”
Because the team members were practicing the components of Attention, Ease and Equality – the depth and candour of the conversations, and the level of connectivity they achieved were superb.
It is simple, though not easy, to generate this quality of safety that allows people to be genuinely themselves and to think well individually and together. This is the joy of facilitation.
Join me to enhance your facilitation skills in my upcoming Time to Think Foundation course online 26th & 27th November and 3rd & 4th December.

If you knew that the quality of your listening can ignite courageous thinking in others, what would change for you?

I have one space left in my online Time to Think Partnership course where we will begin to answer this question through learning, practice and discovery.

about the TIME TO THINK Facilitator COURSE on Zoom

Are you interested in becoming a Time To Think Facilitator? After you complete the Foundation Course, this is your next step.

The Facilitator Course (on Zoom) - comprised of 6 4-hour sessions - teaches you how to present professionally eight of the applications of a Thinking Environment you explored on the prerequisite Foundation Course. It is an added benefit if you have done the Time To Think Partnership Course, but not required.

Completing this course, you then would undertake the Practicum work, supervised by Maryse Barak a Time To Think Faculty member.

Successfully completing that work, and joining the Time To Think Collegiate, you would become qualified as a Time To Think Facilitator.

This programme is a pre-requisite for qualifying as a Consultant.

It's TRUE

Do you find that by the afternoon you are getting weary and losing focus? You may even find yourself starting to nod off. Chances are you need a good afternoon nap.  ...
