Leadership requires energy. It is a meshwork and entanglement that requires a quality of attention to the many strands of energy that pull through - each of us and every system- and remains illusive, overwhelming, or even unseen, until that muscle of attention and skilled practice is honed. It’s an inside job. We can create the necessary and wonderful ecosystems outside: and without the inner ecosystem of healthy, strategic, wise capacity and skills : the outside simply becomes a monument to what is possible or to our deepest failures of attention and grace.

Join our distinguished international speakers as we reflect on the current state of the world, humanity and individual human experience and on what role leaders could play in creating positive change for all stakeholders - from individuals to communities, from cities to regional ecosystems, from society overall to all forms of life on our planet.
While many challenges persist and new ones arise on the individual, collective and ecosystemic level, our mission is to find ways to deal with them while facilitating evolution of humanity and each individual. How each person could be empowered to provide authentic leadership and enjoy being a servant leader in their specific circumstances.
We will also review cutting-edge programs for authentic leadership development worldwide - from Global Mayors Academy for city leaders in 10.000 cities to the Future Leaders program with a mission of offering young people key knowledge and skills for a happy, conscious and creative life (co-designed by LCE, Ecocivilisation, Youth x Youth and other partners).
The session will offer inspiration, key principles and tools for authentic leadership development as well as an opportunity to become a member of a global movement that shapes the future of leadership on our planet. You could also become an ambassador in your city or country for Future Leaders program that is scheduled for a global launch in September 2025.
