Myschool Media is looking for a highly driven, professional, and relationship-focused individual to join our team and help expand our impact across schools in the Western Cape.
🎯 Role Purpose
To build strong partnerships with schools, onboard institutions onto our platforms, and coordinate key school-based initiatives including photography projects and anti-bullying campaigns.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Onboard new schools onto Myschool Media platforms and programmes
• Build and maintain relationships with principals, HODs, educators, and admin staff
• Coordinate school photography schedules and logistics
• Facilitate rollout of learner development initiatives and campaigns
• Lead and support anti-bullying awareness programmes in schools
• Act as liaison between schools and Myschool Media head office
• Ensure smooth project delivery and school satisfaction
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ Former educator or school staff member (strongly preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of school environments and structures
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Highly organized and able to manage multiple schools/projects
✔ Professional, confident, and solutions-driven
✔ Passionate about youth development and education innovation
✔ Valid driver’s license ,own transport and willingness to travel within the Western Cape

How do we address this?

BULLYING IN SCHOOLS:

There are many bullies, and let’s acknowledge that our schools know about them. The incident at Milnerton High School is devastating, and there are many untold unstories out there, but there are parents and children who are suffering right now.

Let’s share these stories and comment and tag people/institutions. Share this post far and wide so that we can raise collective alarm on behalf of those who do not have the courage to do so, or whose complaints fell on deaf ears.

The parents of these bullies have to accept accountability for their children’s actions, but it’s time to call out those who aren’t doing enough about the complaints reaching them.
