The Progress I’ve been making is everything 🫶😮💨
Everything that requires your focus and energy to materialise will naturally take time and consistency ✨
I have certainly not seen any difference in the number on the scale, in fact I’ve gained weight, however; I certainly feel great! 💪🏼
I’m lifting heavier, running for longer and stretching deeper. 😎
I can certainly say that I feel accomplished and proud in the progress that I have made thus far and will continue this beautiful postpartum journey 💖

The Client in this picture has been struggling with difficulty in activating her glutes in her workouts.
I then released her right sided quad, hip, glute and hamstrings using massage and fascial release techniques for 30 minutes.
As you can see in the results above, her shoulder lifted and her hip dropped resulting in a more aligned body.
Massage Therapy should be included into your workout plan to avoid and limit injury as well as help you gain or improve your flexibility. 👯♀️
