NOTICE
PUBLICATION OF THE PRELIMINARY VOTERS’ ROLL
Notice is hereby given of the publication of the Preliminary Voters Roll in preparation for the 2019 SRC elections, as prescribed in Part 2 Annexure “A” Section 8 of the Student Representative Council Constitution of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
Students are therefore advised to check if their names appear on the Preliminary Voters Roll. In the case that a student’s name does not appear on the Preliminary Voters Roll, the student must approach the IEA office and formally lodge an objection which will be submitted to the Registrar’s office, for inclusion.
The Preliminary Voter’s Roll will be available for 2 days, from the 8th October (09h00) – 9th October 2019 (17h00), at the IEA offices on the five campuses.
Should you require any additional information regarding the publication of the Preliminary Voters Roll, please do not hesitate to contact the IEA office on your respective campuses.
