Taekwon-do is a military martial art, formulated by the late General Choi Hong Hi. This martial art boasts to be the most widely implemented martial art in the world, used by militaries globally including the Korean military (it's base of origin). Taekwon-do brags acrobatic kicking styles and lightning fast hand techniques. This high energy, fast paced art instils the equilibrium of mental and physical aptitude, developing its practitioners into world class athletes and even better human beings. Not every student can be a world champion, but we are all capable of fulfilling our dreams, exploring past the limitations set within our own minds and achieve goals bigger than our dreams of today.
