Ark Angels Educare

We, the SEEDS Trust, have decided to partner with the NGO True North Vrygrond (www.true-north.co.za), which are specialised in the training and overseeing of all Daycare Centres in Overcome Heights/Seawinds. True North has the capability and expertise to further train and manage Prosper and his staff at the kindergarten Ark Angels Educare.

Dear friends, our (The SEEDS Trust's) aim was the building of the new Educare and thanks to so many of you, this aim has been most successfully achieved!
Now the newly-housed kindergarten is being returned to the management of Ark Angels Educare, while SEEDS Trust retains ownership of the building. Our further sponsorship of this Educare will only be for the actual maintenance of the building, nothing else.

Our new ECD centre is now officially opened - the mayor of Cape Town Dan Plato cut the red ribbon and The Seeds Trust handed over the key to Ark Angels Educare. Again a million thanks to all our sponsors and partners!

Today is the big day!! Our new ECD centre will be officially opened by the mayor of Cape Town.

In diesem fantastischen Gebäude mit vier Gruppenräumen sowie Spielplatz dürfen sich die Kinder aus dem Township wohlfühlen, lernen, spielen und einfach nur Kind sein.

Wir haben es geschafft!
Zu unserer grossen Freude ist zu Beginn der Adventszeit der Ark Angels Kindergarten endlich fertig. Wie ein vorzeitiges Weihnachtsgeschenk kommt es es uns vor.

Today it's sunny and very windy in Cape Town. No rain expected, but fortunately the water situation is quite good: The current water dam levels have increased to an average of fabulous 76% (compared to 37% last year). The largest dam Theewaterskloof is at a level of 59%, so we still need more rain!

Hurray - this is our new playground. It looks fabulous - and just waits for our little ones to play there.
