Request for Generator Assistance

As the Muizenberg High School Fashion Show approaches, we kindly appeal to our parents, guardians and members of the wider community for assistance.

We are looking for anyone who may have an additional generator available to lend to the school for the duration of the Fashion Show. A generator will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the event and supporting the technical requirements of the evening.

A Prayer for Our Children ❤️🙏

Dear School Community,

Let us continue to keep all our children in our thoughts and prayers, especially those who are facing illness, suffering, or difficult circumstances at this time.

Some of our children are going through battles that we may not see, and some families are carrying burdens that are difficult to put into words. Let us surround them with love, hope and prayer, trusting that God sees every child, knows every need and is close to every family.

May we pray for strength where there is weakness, comfort where there is pain, peace where there is fear, and healing and restoration where it is needed. May God place His loving hands over each of our children and give their families courage for every day ahead.

Let us not stop praying. Let us keep believing, keep hoping and keep trusting. 🙏

A Call to Prayer 🙏🏽💚

Dear MHS Family,

We would like to invite our entire school community to join us in prayer today at 12:00.

We especially want to lift up our children and learners who are facing challenges, those who are going through difficult seasons, and those facing serious health challenges or whose health is particularly fragile at this time.

Wherever you are at 12:00 at home, at work, or wherever you may be,we ask that you pause for a moment and join us in prayer.

Let us come together as an MHS family and ask God to surround our learners and their families with His love, comfort, strength, healing, protection and peace. Let us pray for those who are fighting battles that we may not always see, and remind them that they are not alone.

There is great power in prayer, and today we have the opportunity to stand together in faith and lift our children up to God. 🙏🏽

At 12:00, wherever you are, let us pause and pray together.

Another year, another group of Grade 12 learners slowly but surely reaching the end of their school journey. 💙

Our Muizenberg High Grade 12 Hospitality learners recently completed their 2026 Hospitality Practical, showcasing the culinary skills and experience they have developed throughout Grades 10–12. 👩🏽‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳🍴

Once again, our learners prepared a delicious meal that truly reflected their hard work, creativity and dedication. 🌟

It’s certainly a bittersweet moment as we watch our matriculants come closer to the end of their school careers — but what better way to celebrate than with delicious food! 😋❤️

Well done, Grade 12 Hospitality learners! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see where your skills take you. 🎓✨
