We're excited to be hosting our first ever author and reader event in 2024.

In celebration of the month of love - it seems fitting, wouldn't you agree - we're hosting a meet and greet for authors and readers at Exclusive Books Waterfront on Thursday, 29 February 2024. This informal event is geared toward readers getting to meet and chat to some of our local romance authors, where we can chat over about all things romance book related.

If you'd like to connect with local authors, ask those burning questions about books and writing, buy some of their books and/or get them signed, or just want to hang out with other readers then this is the event for you.

She’s a South African author and writing coach who resides in the city of Cape Town with her husband, son, two crazy rescue dogs, and a cat with plenty of cattitude— here’s Dorothy! 😉

Dorothy Ewels’ lifelong love affair with reading got her writing at a young age, but it wasn't until she was retrenched in 2017 that she finally found the courage to write her first book, Love at Last, leading to its publication in 2018.

An addict of coffee, books and finding humour in life, not to mention happy endings against all odds… Dorothy is also a proud and active member of the Romance Writer’s Organization of South Africa (ROSA)!

On top of these, she is also thrilled to be a contributing author in Samantha A. Cole’s Suspenseful Seduction World, Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward’s Cocky Hero Club as well as Susan Stoker’s Special Forces world.
