Most hifth students start academics too late. They don’t know how long they’ll study hifth for. So they are pressured to finish quickly to go back to mainstream schooling.
And they feel it.

Start academics early with us while studying hifth. Take your time with hifth, now there’s no rush, less pressure.

Build properly from the beginning.

But the Ummah also needs Hufath who are doctors, teachers, leaders, and professionals.

If your child is leaving school early for Hifth, please have an academic plan for them as well.

We trust Allah for our rizq - but we must still tie our camel.

Parents are right to ask questions.

Choosing a pathway different from the National Senior Certificate feels unfamiliar - and unfamiliar feels risky.

But university access in South Africa is based on meeting exemption requirements through Universities South Africa.

If the subject and level requirements are met, the pathway is recognised.

Don’t make decisions based on what’s common.
Make them based on what’s correct.

Message us for the subject breakdown required for university entry.

Your child doesn’t have to choose between Hifth and academics.

At Engaged Learning Academy, students continue memorising the Qur’an while working toward a university-accepted matric equivalent qualification.

No academic gap.
No wasted years.
No delay after Hifz.

We built this pathway over three years - specifically for students who are currently on their Hifth journey.

By the time they complete their memorisation, they are finished - or close to finished - with their academic qualification.

The goal is clear:
A Hafith strong in Qur’an, spiritually grounded, and ready for university.
