We are proud to welcome Major (Gama) Cindi as guest speaker for the EDHE Student Entrepreneurs Incubation Programme.

Major Cindi is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of CRISMO, Mandela Washington Fellow and serves as Africa Regional Lead for the SCRS Ambassador Program, where he focuses on strengthening connections between clinical research sites and industry stakeholders. Through symposiums, knowledge exchange and regional engagement, his work helps expand access to opportunities, collaboration and growth across the clinical research ecosystem.

With more than a decade of leadership at CRISMO, Major has overseen the implementation of board strategy to drive clinical trials business ex*****on, while working closely with management, global research organisations and sponsors to support study planning, site identification and strategic partnerships.

His contribution to the programme will bring valuable insight into leadership, partnership-building and the practical work of growing ventures in specialised and high-impact sectors.

As a Programme Specialist at the SAB Foundation, Onthatile supports the design and delivery of enterprise and social innovation programmes that empower entrepreneurs across South Africa. Her work spans programme implementation, stakeholder engagement and alumni network development, with a strong focus on sustainable business growth and social impact.
