June is Men's Health Month.

Too many men carry stress, anxiety, and personal struggles in silence.

A simple check-in, a meaningful conversation, or asking "How are you really doing?" can make all the difference.

At SAME Foundation, we believe healthcare is about caring for the whole person — body and mind. Together, we can build healthier communities and brighter futures.

Matthew Goniwe Memorial High School in Site B, Khayelitsha is home to 1,364 learners and 41 staff members.

Despite achieving strong academic results and offering subjects such as Physical Science, Life Science and Mathematics, the school currently does not have dedicated science laboratories for practical learning.

This Mandela Day, we're helping to transform the school environment through a classroom painting project, but our vision doesn't stop there.

Our long-term goal is to provide the school with fully equipped science laboratories that will give learners the opportunity to experience hands-on STEM education and unlock future career opportunities.

Because every learner deserves the chance to learn, discover and dream bigger.

Gather your colleagues, and join us for a hands-on day of giving back.

Every learner deserves the chance to dream bigger, learn better, and build a brighter future.

At SAME Foundation, we are transforming schools into spaces of opportunity by building computer centres, equipping science labs, and creating environments where potential can thrive. Because where a child learns should never determine how far they can go.

Your support can help us continue creating access to quality education and lasting change in communities across South Africa.

Be part of the transformation.

The future of South Africa is sitting in classrooms today — curious, capable, and ready to learn.

But without access to properly equipped science labs and educational resources, too many learners are being left behind.

At SAME Foundation, we are committed to creating spaces where young minds can explore, experiment, and dream bigger. Every learner deserves the opportunity to discover their potential.

Help us equip schools with the tools needed to build brighter futures.

A learner’s future should never be limited by the classroom they were born into.

At Matthew Goniwe Memorial High School in Khayelitsha, more than 1,300 learners are striving for success without the resources many schools take for granted.

Through this project, the SAME Foundation aims to establish fully equipped science laboratories and a modern computer centre to give learners access to practical education, digital literacy, and real opportunity.

Education changes lives — but only when learners are given the tools to succeed.

Help us build futures that are Free To Learn.

This winter, hospitals and clinics serving underserved communities face even greater pressure as more families rely on already stretched healthcare facilities.

Every patient deserves access to safe, dignified, and properly equipped healthcare spaces.

At SAME Foundation, we are committed to strengthening healthcare infrastructure where it’s needed most — but we cannot do it alone.

Help us create lasting impact in communities across South Africa.
