What an fun weekend having the chance to train coffee passionate people with the eagerness to learn new latte art techniques. The latte art beginners course has been so much fun! I found it it absolutely amazing how quickly students are able to develop and apply the necessary skills to achieve a variety of different latte art designs, within a space of just 4 hours….I am so proud of the students I am who attended the two sessions this weekend! Through, dedication, perseverance, milk texture understanding, correctly applied pouring techniques and through the the understanding of varies milk pitchers, the ability to pour excellent latte art can be achieved!!!

I had such an awesome time taking these staff through my “On the job Barista training course” over the weekend! I couldn’t have asked for a better view, while running through the course content with the staff at Stellenbosch Golf Club! It was so special to see the staff develop relevant skills within a space of just over 2 hours! I’m so excited for them to implement what they’ve each learnt as they focus on putting smiles on their customers faces with every cup served! ☕️
