The Mandela Day Township Tour in Langa, Cape Town, offered Mastercard Foundation Scholars an invaluable opportunity to explore entrepreneurship in action. Through meaningful conversations with local business owners, Mastercard Foundation Scholars gained first-hand insight into how informal businesses operate, the challenges they overcome, the successes they celebrate, and the vital role they play in strengthening the Langa community and local economy. It was a day filled with curiosity, learning, and inspiring lessons that extend far beyond entrepreneurship.
