💧🔬 From dirty to clean – one filter at a time!

Our Grade 6 NST learners put their scientific thinking and problem-solving skills to the test by designing and building their very own water filters using 2-litre bottles and a variety of materials.

Through hands-on investigation, creativity, and teamwork, they explored how filtration helps remove impurities from water.

Who knew science could be this much fun? Well done, Grade 6s – future engineers and scientists in the making! 👏🌍💙

On Friday, Apex Primary proudly dressed in green to show our support for the incredible Carmen Stevens Foundation.

For many years, the Foundation has generously supported our school’s feeding scheme, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our learners. Following the recent flood damage to their facilities, our school community came together by wearing green and donating R10 towards their recovery efforts.

Thank you, Carmen Stevens Foundation, for your unwavering kindness, generosity, and commitment to helping others. We are grateful for all that you do for our school and our community.
