Little Phase Crèche

As part of our Farm Animals theme, our oldest learners took part in a fun group activity focused on listening and animal recognition! 🐄🐓🐑

Each learner was given a different farm animal picture to hold, and together they listened to different animal sounds and worked out which animal they could hear.

Activities like this help develop listening skills, memory, language and recognition, while also encouraging learners to participate, share their ideas and learn from one another.

A Peek at Our Week! 🌈

Here’s what our little learners will be discovering, practising and exploring in class this week. From numbers and letters to shapes and colours, there’s plenty of learning happening! 💛

Our Rainbow class has been learning about farm animals and what they like to eat, before getting stuck into the very important job of feeding them too.

A little bit of learning, a little bit of farm work, and plenty of happy faces along the way. 🐄🥕🐷

At this age, reaching, grabbing and holding onto things are all part of learning through play, while helping build those early hand and eye skills. 🤍

And this little one looks pretty pleased with himself.

One of our kiddies’ favourite times of day? Outdoor play. ☀️

And now that the days are starting to get warmer, we’ll be able to spend even more time outside playing and enjoying our outdoor space.

🐄 This month, we're heading to the farm!

Our classrooms will be filled with plenty of mooing, baaing and oinking as our little learners spend August getting to know all kinds of farm animals.

Using different shapes, they learned how shapes can be used to make different objects while building important early learning skills.
