Spoke to SPCA after a friend sighted 2 seals on beach in
Melkbos below parking opposite OuSkip. they are not able to assist as they say it is now the season where 1 year olds get thrown out the nest to fend for themselves according to SPCA, and they not very good at it, so get exhausted trying to fish. they come to land to try to rest....

Lovely lady from Hout Bay Seal Rescue Centre is sending someone to assess the situation, in the meantime....
