For those that have previously followed this page as building a UK investment property, I have taken a pivot and no longer believe this approach is my preferred means of owning and managing International property assets. WealthTrek took us through the 2nd part of the Pro-Series Coaching, making introductions to Consultants to assist with setting up a UK Ltd. Co., requisite banking, moving money into the business and accessing lending when ready to begin buying properties. Invaluable to gain access and introductions to trusted and experienced Consultants!
