Learn to massage the elderly. This course is for anyone who works with the elderly or who has elderly family members and want to learn how to massage elderly people. You will learn a seated massage routine, a side-lying routine, head and face, arms and hands, legs and feet. In the course you`ll learn to relax tight muscles, use massage to reduce swelling (oedema) in the legs and feet, as well as warm up stiff joints in the hands and knees. You don`t need a massage table to do these routines. This is a short course of 2 days, with practical in-person and one-on-one classes.
