As we come to the final post in our “Meet the Team” series, it feels only right to introduce the heart behind Building Bricks Pre-school Maryna. ❤️🧱
Building Bricks Pre-school started as a dream, and today it is so much more than just a school to me. It is a place where little hearts are nurtured, where children are encouraged to learn through play, and where every child is reminded that they are special, loved and capable.
I am passionate about children, music, creativity and creating a warm, loving environment where every little one can grow and flourish. I believe that every brick counts and that we are building bright futures, brick by brick. 🧱✨

I would build my dream school for Building Bricks — exactly the way I imagine it, with everything I’ve ever dreamed of for our little ones! 🧱✨
🌍 Go anywhere overseas:
Australia 🇦🇺 — definitely on my bucket list!
🦸♀️ Have a superpower:
I would want the ability to pause time! 😂 Between running a preschool, solving problems, answering messages and trying to keep up with everything, I could definitely use a few extra hours in the day! ⏰🙈
⭐ Hang out with a celebrity for a day:
Probably Reese Witherspoon — I think we’d have the best time chatting, laughing and talking about business, life and everything in between! 😄
🎬 If I could be a cartoon character:
Mirabel from Encanto 💐 — because she may not have a “special power”, but she discovers that she has an important place in her family and makes a difference simply by being herself. ❤️
🇿🇦 If I were President, what would I change?
I would want to see more opportunities for our children and better support for early childhood education, because I believe the foundation we give children when they are young can make such a difference in their future. 🧱❤️

Outside of Building Bricks, I’m simply Maryna
someone who loves the little things in life. I’m a big music lover, enjoy watching a good series, spending time with the people I love, and being outdoors and close to nature. I have a soft spot for the ocean, travelling and dreaming about new places to explore. My faith is an important part of who I am, and I try to live life with a grateful heart. I’m a very caring and loyal person, and I value genuine connections, laughter and making memories with the people who mean the most to me.

Building Bricks is not just a business to me. It is a dream that God placed on my heart, and I am incredibly grateful for every child, parent, teacher and family who has become part of this journey.
From starting with just 3 little children to watching our school grow into the beautiful family it is today, I am so grateful for every step of the journey. ❤️
