Congrats Ms 😁!! At this stage I can only see 1 . The Boulevard couple decided to use one of the old nests this season, a bit more open and on the edge of the plantation. 12/07/2023

Was great to visit this site today, came in with food and watching her fledglings. After a nice lunch, the whole family were perching close to each other ❤️ 30/06/23

(female) is back! Time to get out the popcorn, the original male is not with her, but a new male... (with colour combination rings) 15/05/23
I do not know this bird,
I will investigate,
I will find out 🤣
1 hour later: UPDATE from Kyle
This is a bird I ringed back in July 2021. He was from a clutch of three from a nest in Bishops Court. So stoked to see that he made it through to adulthood and into a nesting territory! Thanks

Unfortunatelly, things dont look good for & this season. was the 1st arrival of all the Black Spars this season. I've visit the nesting site a few times to check if arrived yet. Today, on site, I asked the lady who sells flowers on the sidewalk, [as she knows them by now from me visiting and telling stories of the Black Spars], if she has seen the male yet, she broke the sad news that the male arrived, but got injured on a hunt, it flew into a branch and got stucked, sounds that he impaled itself to a sharp branch. She said, another lady called the SPCA, but that's all info she can give me. I'll be making some calls to the SPCA & Eagle Encounters today. This is sad news! 😢

(male) at the nesting site this morning. I believe is also arround, as the females usually arrives first. I will confirm later in the week. Welcome back Garry! Last years chick unfortunatelly died, not sure what happened, it was hanging on a branch outside the nest. It might have fallen out of the nest, but I think Miss (nesting in the same territory) had something to do with it. 08/05/2023
