From building scenes of outer space 🚀, to sorting animals into their kingdoms 🐘🦋, to experimenting with colours 🌈—these soft, engaging materials bring big concepts to life in a way that feels natural and exciting.

Felt activities also support fine motor development, creativity, and independent thinking, allowing each child to learn at their own pace while having fun.

There’s something so special about watching little hands plant a seed and then patiently wait to see what happens. 💚
In our classroom and garden, the children are learning what plants need to grow — sunshine, water, soil, care and lots of patience! 🌞💧🌿

From planting and watering to observing tiny shoots appear, every little change is an opportunity to learn.

And the best part? We get to grow together!

On Monday we celebrated Maria Montessori’s birthday the best way we know how — through hands-on learning, independence and a little bit of fun! ❤️

Our little chefs made their own pizzas, choosing toppings, preparing their food and enjoying the delicious results. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳🍕

What does a little seed need to grow?

Water, sunshine and soil — but what happens if we take one away?

Our little scientists are putting it to the test! We have three seedlings:
💧 One with no water
☀️ One with no sunlight
🌱 One with no soil

Water, sun and soil,
Help a little seed to toil!
Give it all three and just you’ll see…
Will it bloom bright and happily?

We’re hoping our seedling with all three essentials will be the one that grows strong and blooms bright! 🌼
